| New Equipment Now in Full Operation |

WestBond Enterprises Corporation (“WestBond”) is pleased to announce that the roll towel machine that was purchased in September is now in full operation. The company has already secured additional sales volumes for the equipment from new and existing janitorial distributors. Orders for center pull and roll towels from the new equipment are now being shipped.
The one month delay in the start up of the new equipment was due to programming and control upgrading. The new equipment will reduce production costs, improve product quality and take advantage of multiple sizes of raw paper rolls which are sometimes available at a discount. With this equipment, the company has now increased its production capacity by about 400,000 cases per year, or over $10 million in sales, to 1,000,000 cases per year, or over $30 million in sales.
