WestBond Enterprises' remaining escrow shares will be released. The Canadian Venture Exchange approved the release of 356,250 shares on Feb. 16, 2001.
The release follows four years of profitability.
As a result of the release, WestBond joins the very small and exclusive group of industrial companies listed on the CDNX that have achieved a 100-per-cent release of their escrow shares. This reflects the successful growth of WestBond into a mature and profitable business.
