| WestBond announces investor relations agreement |

WestBond Enterprises has entered into an agreement with 547853 B.C. Ltd., operating as Quinton Investment Services Corp., of Kamloops, B.C., for investor relations services. The term of the initial contract is for six months commencing March 1, 2002, and terminating on Aug. 31, 2002. Quinton will receive $2,000 per month, for a total of $12,000, which will be paid out of cash flow. The agreement is subject to the approval of the Canadian Venture Exchange.
Doren Quinton is the principal of Quinton and has provided investor relations services for other listed companies. Neither Quinton Investment Services nor Mr. Quinton currently own any securities of the company. The company's objective is to increase awareness in the investment community.
