| WestBond Starts up Tissue Rewinder |

WestBond Enterprises Corporation (“WestBond”) is pleased to announce that it has started commercial production of conventional size bathroom tissue, which will be sold to the away from home market. The tissue rewinder that WestBond has been refurbushing and modernizing over the last several months is now operational and is capable of producing high quality, wrapped, 1 and 2 ply bathroom tissue at high speeds.
The company is very excited about this development as a large market exists for this type of product. WestBond already sells to medical and janitorial distributors in Canada and the U.S. With the addition of conventional bathroom tissue, sales are expected to increase to existing customers as well as to new distributors.
WestBond continues to add new products to supply the growing demand for single use products and to diversify its position in both the medical and industrial markets.
WestBond also announces that all matters proposed at its Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting on September 9, 2004, were approved, including the adoption of new articles, unlimited authorized common shares and a new stock option plan.
